Services and Fees

EMDR Intensives

EMDR Intensives are highly focused, highly efficient therapy programs which take place in half day (3 hour) or full day (5 hour) sessions. For all the information on intensives and how to schedule, see my Intensives page.

Supervision

I provide supervision for folks working towards licensure. The way I approach psychotherapy and supervision is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, informed by attachment theories, and with an anti-oppression lens. I believe it is important to recognize how systems of oppression are impacting our lives and our relationships, and so these will be openly discussed in our work. We will pay attention to power and privilege proximities in regards to the supervisor/supervisee relationship as well as the therapist/client relationship.

Fees: My rates are $160 for 50 minute sessions, whether for individuals or split within a dyad.

Individual Psychotherapy

(not taking new individual clients as of 11/01/2023)

Individual psychotherapy is a type of therapy which allows us to adapt to your specific needs using my particular expertise and training. Initial sessions will be used to explore your needs and make a plan together for how to best support you. We may decide EMDR is a good fit for you, or we may focus on a relational approach where we help you to make sense of your feelings and build skills to manage your stress.

Fees: My rate is $160 for 50 minute individual sessions.

I do provide a small number of reduced fee slots for those with limited funding, which we can discuss when you call to make an appointment.  (As of this time, my reduced fee slots are filled.)

I am considered an out-of-network provider with insurance companies; many insurance companies will reimburse clients for a percentage of mental health costs, so I encourage you to look into that option.  I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  Payment is due at the beginning of each session unless a payment plan is agreed upon, and can be made by credit card or check.

In compliance with the federal No Surprises Act, a “Good Faith Estimate” is available upon scheduling or upon request. This provides uninsured and self-pay clients with an estimate of expected charges for items and services during your treatment.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Psychotherapy:

Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you should need to cancel within 48 hours you will be charged for the missed appointment. I offer one free late cancellation per year to my clients.
