My favorite sounds are wind moving through trees, gentle waves, and my toddler’s laughter.

I love to be a parent. It’s the hardest and most rewarding job I’ve ever had (I think every parent says that?). It is so fun to watch a little one explore the world for the first time, and a privilege to be one of the people with whom they feel safe.

I love to learn. Reading books, listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, and attending seminars is my idea of a good time.

Experience and Qualifications

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington (#LH 60486991). I completed my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School in Seattle, WA. I am trained in EMDR therapy, and I have a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from The Trauma Center in Boston, MA. I continue my education through attending regular workshops and classes.

I have over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist in private practice working with adult clients.
